Menifee FAQs
Sewage is backing up in my Sun City home. What now?+
Stop running all water, do not flush, and call now. Sixty year old cast iron rarely unclogs itself. We clear the line, then camera it to show whether this was a one-off or the pipe itself failing, so you decide with facts.
My water comes out rusty in the morning. Emergency?+
Not tonight, but it is your galvanized pipe warning you. The rust means the pipe walls are going, and the burst usually comes later at a joint. Worth a scheduled inspection now; repipes can be financed, OAC, and cost less than a flood.
We are on septic in Quail Valley. Do you still come out?+
Yes. We handle everything on the house side: clearing the line to the tank, finding breaks and diagnosing whether the problem is your plumbing or a full tank. If it is the tank, we will tell you straight and you call a pumper instead of paying us to guess.
My new build is only a few years old. Why is it leaking?+
Usually a builder-grade part, not the pipe: plastic supply lines, angle stops and water heaters installed by the lowest bidder. They tend to fail right after the builder warranty ends. We replace the failed part with proper hardware and check its siblings while we are there.
How fast can you get to Menifee?+
Menifee sits in the middle of our coverage area, right off the 215, so most addresses from Sun City to Heritage Lake get a truck within the hour. Call and we quote the real window based on the nearest crew.
