Temecula and Deluz FAQs
How fast can you reach Wine Country or Deluz?+
City addresses are usually within the hour. Wine Country and Deluz add drive time on the canyon roads, so we quote it honestly when you call and we talk you through shutting the water down so nothing gets worse while we roll.
My tankless heater is flashing an error code. Emergency?+
In Temecula it is usually scale. Most codes mean the unit is protecting itself from hard water buildup, not dying. If there is no leak, it can often wait until morning; we will tell you which on the phone. If water is dripping from the case, shut its valves and call now.
We are on a well in Deluz and have no water. Who do we call?+
Call us first. We diagnose the house side, the pressure tank and the switch, which cover most sudden no-water calls. If it turns out to be the well pump itself down the bore, we will say so and point you to a well driller instead of billing you to guess.
Water pressure suddenly feels way too high. Should I worry?+
Yes. Banging pipes, screaming faucets or a hissing regulator mean the regulator is failing, and the next weakest thing in the house bursts first. It is a cheap fix compared to a 2 AM flood. Call and we will check pressure the same day.
Do you take commercial calls, like tasting rooms and restaurants?+
Yes, small commercial is welcome: Old Town restaurants, tasting rooms, shops. A backed-up restroom on a Saturday costs you customers by the hour, so those calls jump the line like any flood.
